Comfortable passenger seat?

Hubby complains about not having anywhere to put his arms. He has a habit of putting his arm around the back of my seat but it restricts my rear view. I always moan at him so he moves it, only to give a yelp when i put the hand brake on. I think he must grap the back of it. I am thinking of getting an arm rest.. can anyone recommend them?

Maybe a drivers seat conversion for the passanger, just change over the seatbelt holder clip thingy.
