We got our first in 2001 as it took a while to get the money saved up, otherwise it would of been 2000.

We got the first one in 2001 too. And apart from 2002 another one (more) every year.

Aug 1999, lil smartie was just about to be 1 yr old! Then Dave & I bought the forfour in Dec 2004 after his Roadie in Sept 03 and his city coupe in 2001 (I think!)

I bought Stripey mk1 in Sept 2003 and kept him 'til Mar this year after having a few problems with him so I p/ex'd him for Stripey mk2.

I'm loving smartie ownership and can't see moving away from the brand for some time.

I only got my first after my parents said to me "get one to get it out of your system"

Big mistake!!! I've well and truly got the bug.

Bought my stream green Pulse in 2002 and still have it!
Its the first car I've kept for more than 3 years

Two years next month , not bored with it , still get a buzz driving it , still go out for a drive for the hell of it.

Have got no intentions of getting rid yet , probably keep it till something expensive happens.

Think the reason I'm still happy is I do a few mods now and again , not everything at once , keeps you from getting bored
