So it's illegal to use your phone whilst driving. Has the new legislation actually made any difference, from what you see other drivers doing?

I still see countless people on their mobile phones.
I have also seen more people pulled over to use their phones, which is good, but the other day someone had parked across a junction to take a call, and there was someone in a bus stop on the phone this morning, meaning the buses were hanging out in the road and difficult to pass!
yes, great, well done, you are pulling over to answer the phone.... BUT, think about where you have stopped.
I will not answer the phone while I ma in the car. I don't even have Blue Tooth. If its that important, the person will get back to me.

I walk to work most mornings n the amount I see are shocking, i've almost been knocked down by a few of them ...... n yes thats with me being on a pavement on the other side of a grass banking
