From bikes to Smarts

Racy, will give you a shout and you can have a day out in Hampshire and Have a go on a jetbike. My bro in law is geting a Yamaha waverunner 1200
3 cylinder 2 stroke 150hp. 70 mph on a flat sea
scare the bejezus out of you when you hit a wave and land abd shoot off in a diferent direction. Also maybe we can arrange to go to a motorcross school- Or go mini moto racing. I am a bit of go cart champ....wishes.

I'll take you up on the offer of the jet ski. Mini moto sounds fun I'm vertically challenged so have trouble handling a motocross...

While on the subject of 'bikes you've had' - I had a bike-only license for 5 years before getting a car license. I've had GP100, 2 off RD250 (air cooled) and one 250LC (stolen and never seen again). And rented scooters too many to remember on Greek islands!

Yep,i also started with bikes.1st bike Honda CB200 and wrote it off getting a fractured right radius and ulna ,needed 2 plates and 9 screws and one bone graft(jeeeez that hurt!!!!!!!)then had a Honda Express 50 it was all i could ride with my arm in plaster,just twist and go,got some dosh from a clinical trial when in the RN and bought a Honda CM200 and px'ed it 2 weeks before the 125 regs came in and got a Triumph Tiger 750 with a Weslake tricked lump and a set of straight through open ended megas from a Norton (MMMMMMM nice!!!!!)untill it was stolen from out side a pub in Gosport.I do miss 2 wheels but not the cold and wet.

Perhaps we should transfer some of this to "what we want at Billing" post Mmmmm jet ski's, mini moto .......................
It seems many members are keen bikers or have fond (if not painful) memories
