My husband says I'm mad. A month into ownership of a 1999 Yellow Pure Smart (mk 1 I think) and I've dragged him around to Smarts-R-Us, Smart dealerships in Sheffield and Leeds next stop York.
Orders in to Motografix bikes for some Rossi style grafix for the panels and sun screen. Planned return trip to S-R-Us to increase the bhp Planned trip to Billing (his response to that was shall we take it on a trailer!!)
I've definately caught the bug, next plan leather covering for seats, I've owned up to waving to other Smarts and mentioned local Smart Meets. He thinks I'm sad and very very mad. The only thing is we (him mostly) has been doing this for years - not with a Smart but with every motorcycle we have owned!!
He is Ace though, took me to S-R-Us in his car so we could buy wheels & tyres and as he works with leather has already agreed to re-cover my seats for me Bonus or what?<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>
How do other Smarties involve their long suffering partners?
