Hi all,
Prior to listing my poorly smart car somewhere like ebay or Autotrader, I thought I'd try listing it somewhere where it would be more appreciated!
I've had this car since October 2013 and have been happily pootling around in it since then, it's had two new front tyres and some work done to improve the suspension at its last MOT and we've had to keep it topped up with oil but other than that, it's been fine.
Until last weekend, that is, when it started feeling very juddery when changing gears and now it has lots of trouble getting up hills. It WILL do it, but very very slowly. On the flat, the car drives fine. From a little googling, it seems like this might well be the clutch actuator. Rather than fixing it, we've decided to switch cars as it's currently our only car and isn't as practical as we'd like (getting anything from Ikea has been complicated, for example!!!)
It's got some service history up until 2009 (photos included) and MOT until June 5th 2015. Road tax until May 2015. 3 previous keepers. I did a search with mycarcheck.com before I bought it which came back clear and I can include this to a buyer.
