    I now use these as my local and the level of service is second to none. They are a family firm and know what customer satisfaction is all about. I recommend them highly.

    I havent had my car serviced there. The A service was done at Watford. Beaconsfield did some warranty work after Watford had screwed me around.

    I would go there for anything. I even got my Dad to buy his Smart from them.

      sorry have to disagree with above comment, in my experience that couldn't be further from the truth, no chance of ever returning there!

      (from Vlad - please be concise but specific which service when & what weren't you happy with?)

        I live in Beaconsfield.

        A. service here is £190 at the moment... ripoff.

        Customer service is fine. You would expect it to be at that price.

          I was quoted £350 for a service (Chris jones, the sales guy quoted me this). I went to Smartarse instead! Was highly impressed there!

          Beaconsfield have generally appeared to be helpful, but beneath the surface I was left with jobs half-done and work rushed.
          Every time I phone or go into them I get the impression that I'm being fobbed off, and unless I put the work required in WRITING to them, they would not do a full job.

          The last few times it has gone it to be fixed, it has come back with other things broken. Also, when it comes to fixing the parts that were broken they have been very hesitant.

          It has been in twice now to have 2 simple things fixed (both interior items) and both times it has come back unfinished.
          Last time, it came back with one part fixed (but with a cheaper part than the original), and the other part not looked at. To top it off, the tank was empty! Just about limped to the petrol station!

          No, i would not trust them again unless i really have to. As far as dealers go generally they are not bad, but I still would not choose to go to them.

          Edit: Have recently had a letter through to check I am happy with my car, as it is nearly 1 year after purchase etc etc...
          Have to say, the little niggles I have now sorted out, but i have got them on the case for fixing my hardtop seals now... Have had to chase them up once already, but to be fair they may be very busy. They normally call when they say they are going to.

          Just thought I'd add this anyway. I'm willing to give them benefit of the doubt, and may also get the clutch adjusted while it's in there (had the mechanical adjustment done by Smartarse a month ago). Will report back when/if they sort my problem...
