Listing New Service Centers

All the "smarts of ......." will (eventually) get listed
just a matter of girlpower.

In a nutshell....
3 icons
If you are happy with your service or would use them again.
If you are un-happy with your service or would not use them again.
If you are posting additional info such as price or contact details changes.

You choose them as your post icon - By sticking to these it will make it easy
for another member to get a "feel" for how a garage is doing.

You ONLY post a "rating icon" if you have USED the garage personally.

You keep the info brief by only posting
i) What was serviced e.g. Roadster - ForTwo - ForFour
ii) What the service was e.g. A,B,C
iii) If it was over a month ago, then when it was serviced.
iv) What the cost was (optional)
v) Any things you were particularly pleased with or dissapointed with...


If you know of an independant that you would like listing
(so you can comment on their service) then
please PM me (click my user name and choose the PM option)

I put them on my "things to do" list and they'll
be included ASAP

As some "smarts of ....." are better than others, to put it nicely, are you going to give a grading system or would that muck up the franchise/advertising/whatever too much?

We don't have franchising / advertising from smart
(not that we'd mind -lol)
As far as servicing companies go we do
have support from smartsRus and smartarse design.

SmartsRus and smartarse are coolio companies
who help pay for the sites server costs,
and give us cracking discounts.
However - no-one has a get out of "jail free card"
everyone has their odd off day! :redface:

To make it FAIR - the members do the grading -
(that's YOU ) but any comments still have to
be within our "no abuse" rules in our terms of use.

If the forum becomes a moderators nightmare then the
offending members will be penalised.....

We want this to be a useful forum for service managers too
They can give positive feedback to their staff and improve negative areas
so please keep your comments brief and to the point.

If you think it is post that requires moderation then contact a moderator.

That should then keep the service forum free of big long chats and make it useful to all.......
I have now included a "Big Long Chat" section within the servicing forum - so hopefully everything is covered.....

I had my smart serviced yesterday, I have not seen this one on your list.
Lilly & Constable. They are in East Peckham near Maidstone.
I understand that an adminstrator neads to start the thread.
So if one is started, I will post to it.
