Bought my BRC there, had it serviced there and had all the leak issues resolved by very helpful staff. Also got a loaner car with minimum of fuss.

One of their technicians (is that the new PC way of talking about a mechanic??) knows everything there is to know about roadsters, including leaking mirrors.

Given them a visit and ask for Paul.

We've had four smarts (and two Mercs) from them. Always treated with respect - well nearly always! - generally really nice, helpful people - but there's always one - or maybe two - that aren't, but in my experience, that's life, perhaps a clash of personalities...................
Cars always valeted and always offered a loan car.
Clean, comfortable new premises, decent coffee and they now have someone who seems to know a lot about smarts and does his utmost to fix them when necessary.
Recent senior management changes seem to have improved the way things run - hope it lasts.

I had my 42 serviced last December.
This was B service and brake fluid change it cost £297.
I think this was well over priced. Not to inpressed with service managers attitude either. Loan car was very good.
Will not use again. Shame as the sales team are great.

Been generally satisfied with smart of Lincoln until Saturday.
Took the Mk6 Pulse Cabrio in for dipped beam headlight bulbs replacing.
Came the evening and discovered bulbs incorrectly fitted and completely out of focus. Couldn't go out in car.
Taking back today (65 mile round trip).
I will edit with results!

Edit: Well, went over yesterday (had to take time off work) and they refitted the bulbs. No interest in compensating me for time off work, mileage or inconvenience. Absolutely none.
So, unfortunately, it's a :thumbs_do for smart of Lincoln service department.
(Shame because they have been pretty good in the past.)
