Had to have some warranty work done and Bristol were fuly booked for ages so they called and arranged for Swindon to do the work for me.

Well 10/10 they were spot on! Loan car waiting for me, 1.5 pash Forfour, called to let me know what had been done at the end of day 1, called middle of day on Day 2 to say what they were going to do and called am day 3 to say all done 1/2 day ahead of schedule.
All fully valeted and shiny when I collected it and really nice people to deal with too. Big thumbs up for a dealer I have heard really bad things about in the past.

excellent service today when in for warranty work

loaner car waiting for me - a gorgeous silver/black forfour passion 1.1

fast, friendly drop off
walked round the car and discussed the issues
noticed on the job sheet that the handbrake service measure was being done as well

loaner car clean and third full of fuel

phoned me up at about 4 to say work was done and car was ready

car cleaned inside and out and ready waiting when I arrived back!

Oh, alright, I'll give them a thumbs up too. Gary is a great guy and always ready to be helpful. Can't comment on the loaner bit though, as, all my work has been carried out in the day and they've given me a taxi ride to (and from) my office. But definitely a thumbs up (even if they can't get hold of a new recirculation pump for me (there's a global shortage, don't you know! )).
