Good luck getting through on the phones though!

They are having a few teething problems as the Chiswick showroom has moved over there and I think that there is only 1 phone for all to share.

They are a nice bunch - fixed my aircon and software gitches FOC.

Poor show from brentford.
Trying to get availability on a part, didnt have a chassis number.
But the eedjut seems incapable of navigating the epc...
"you have to appreciate that we have to enter the chassis number to find the part"

My response, " to be honest, the epc allows you to search for parts by model, its a common part, its not difficult and you dont really need the chassis number".

Needless to say i came away empty handed. :censor:ers

I stopped using them after they wasted a day of my life trying to TAN a paddle shift steering wheel.

I too walked away empty handed and went elsewhere where they knew what they were doing.

Both of my fortwos came from smart of Chiswick (now closed). Even they used to talk negatively about Brentford!

Gav - I've had the same problem with smart-Stevenage. "No VIN, no part". Ridiculous.
