Well it was certainly open when I used them at the start of september - otherwise I've had a phantom service. eeek!

I felt the service was good, the service manager (Mark I think he was called) answered all my questions and they even looked into my complaint of excessive windnoise that had appeared after Smart Lakeside replaced the wing mirrors under warranty. Upshot is Lakeside servicing are a barrel load of monkeys, which I had figured out for myself which is why I took it to Canary Wharf in the first place.

Service cost £182 which I believe to damn bloody verticle, but knew that anyway, after all it is a Merc dealer.

I think next time i'll probably use an independant, but this is due to an impending Remap, and I can't afford £400+ every 7000 miles for a service at a main dealer. If however I was to use a main dealer again, I would be happy to use Canary Wharf.
