Used them for my first service, kept me upto date on what was going on and gave me a courtesy car for the day so I didn't have to hang about.

What did you do to deserve a courtesy car?
I was without mine for a week and all i was offered was a lift into town.I had to get the bus home and I live in Dover
My experience of them started really well like yours but it went downhill.Needless to say we are not the best of friends.
