Westbourne Motors Basingstoke Smart Specialist - anyone heard of them?

So today, after our fortwo snapped a spring, we were attended by Westbourne Motors of Oakley, nr Basingstoke - who were the appointed Green Flag recovery company.

They came out & inspected the car and quoted us on the spot for front spring replacement - and they tell me they're Smart Specialists and have the full diagnostics & experienced mechanics at their Basingstoke service centre.

Now I have been around the Smart brand for nearly 10 years and was pretty sure there was no such "Smart Specialist" in Basingstoke, but I check their website, and lo & behold it turns out they are indeed smart independent specialists...

I did a search on here and there are a few posts about one of their centres near Brighton, but not a single post referring to the Basingstoke branch as being a recognised smart specialist.

So anyone on here from Basingstoke Area any experience with them?

No can't exactly comment on that particular organisation but if it is only the springs that need repairing - any reputable garage can replace them.

Smart of Basingstoke are replacing them as they think they should get some/all of the cost covered by Merc as a goodwill claim - and they're only £30 more than Westbourne anyway.

But I'm just wondering about these guys for use in the future....
