Will probably keep the scramble separate as a 'run' in its own right.

Still awaiting a response from Brighton council on the feasibility of this, and how many beer tokens they want to relieve me of
will update when I have more info.

And if it looks like it's a go-er, then I'll be looking for able volunteers to help out with the logistics!
