Hampshire/M3 Tube-Convoy to the Smart Festival

Thought I'd make this a post in it's own right (as was on another thread):

OK - in the absense of there being anyone else organising a tube there from the M3 & surrounding areas, I'll start one!

The tube will be Winchester > Fleet Services > Brooklands.

Start - Tesco Winchester - just off M3 Junction 9
EASTON LANE,
WINCHESTER,
HAMPSHIRE,
SO23 7RS.

- We will park up in the car park at Tesco Winall and aim to be there at 9.15am - we will be in a Numeric ForTwo & a blue Roadster.)
- We will leave Tesco around 9.30am and head along the M3 Northbound arriving Fleet Services (M3 Northbound carriageway) around 10.00am.
- We will depart Fleet Services around 10.15am and should arrive at Brooklands before 11.00am (official opening).

You're leaving it late, this year, as the traffic queue at Brooklands, parking up and walking through to the site means that you won't be in position for an 11am opening ceremony.

EDIT Slight change of plan - now starting 15 mins earlier.

- We will leave Tesco around 9.15am and head along the M3 Northbound arriving Fleet Services (M3 Northbound carriageway) around 9.45am.
- We will depart Fleet Services around 10.00am and should arrive at Brooklands before 11.00am (official opening).
