Rare LTD PURE

Battle. Seen it twice now . Yellow panels with the matt black rear wings and lower panel . Normal around 9ish heading up Battle hight street. Has a red sticker on rear tailgate . Last saw one like this in France and i know there are not many about .

If they were limited them surely the standard brochure wouldn't have had them in? My 2000 brochure has them in it.

have to agree with Minty on this, was standard production run with unpainted rear bumper upto mk4. Most owners just purchased panels to replace the unpainted panels. Also each country had differing specs which could mean the factory would make pure with glass roof. I have mk4 pure which had the unpainted panels, and scotty has mk3. I have brochure for 2000 fortwo showing the panels as factory standard.

Think our poor old host for the day down at Hamback might have then gave us the wrong info . Thanks for clearing that up but there was a LTD pure with a glass roof and there was some made with one seat for a delivery company

They were correct about the one seater delivery smart but I've yet to see a photo of one.

Ive seen one in the flesh at hambach when i first visited the factory in 2000. It was a really good conversion and was being used by sam migel to delver beer(kegg or bottles) on majorca, ibiza and some greek islands.

It was on display in the communications centre

Yep my mk3 yellow pure, matt black back bumper and a glass roof !!!
