Why are they doing this? Its gonna spoil Red Dwarf, they storyline idea is a good one but no need to use the ForTwo, why not keep the real Starbug?

As I said the story line is under wraps! This is either a promo stunt or a part of the plot.

Red Dwarf should've ended after series 6, the budget was getting too big and the writing getting weaker. This reawakening of the Dwarf is going to be interesting and the live shows they have planned too.

Maybe....

BBC hold the props, sets etc, and this is on Dave, so they had to 'improvise' and will write being in a Smart in Coronation Street into the story. It is a nice joke though, going to find Lister in Weatherfield .

Never put 2 and 2 together before, but maybe the original Starbug was a mickeytake of Thunderbird 2. The green paint, yellow stripe, rockets on the back...

I want this Red Dwarf to be good, I really do, but at the moment I'm not sure.
