Spotted on Waterloo Rd, Blackpool Prom 5th Feb 09

Was travelling down Waterloo Road, towards Blackpool Prom. Stopped at traffic lights behind a silver ForTwo Coupe - Reg was something like PE*7R*V or something. Saw a Smartmaniacs sticker in the back. Driver acknowledged I was behind him and gave a wave - Cheers Fellow Smartie :silvertri
