It is quite sporadic the covering S****horpe but not Brighton... errr.... yeah I really want to look t S****horpe! That said there was a scratch black fortwo outside a civic building.

i feel sorry for the poor sod who had to blur all the regisration plates!

It's not done by hand, it's an automated program that blurs numberplates and faces. It gets confused and will sometimes blur things that it thinks are numberplates like numbers on lamp posts.
