      Well it must be used to catch parked cars lol, because when they chase 16 year old criminals in stolen 20 year old astras, they have trouble keeping up with them when they are in nice new Bmws & mercs etc, so a smart wont stand much chance lol. If Police Camera Action is anything to go by.

            I saw one in St. Albans a while ago. I took a picture of it on my phone without noticing the very stearn policeman looking back! mg::wag:

                              One rank above a PC..................and for the record, as a Police Self Defence instructor, he did nothing wrong, a slap is a recognised technique and he only did it after she tried to jump on his back!
