Today, driving to work on the A31 to Farnham, looks like biiiiig roadworks are about to be unleashed. So, in a layby, I see several of those huge trucks with all the arrow signs, traffic cones, etc etc. Then parked behind it, I see a flourescent Highways Agency smart car! Put a 
on my face, I tell you. Was going too fast to pull in and take a pic 
If it's still there tomorrow, I might have a nosey.
Also saw a broken down silver/silver :silvertri: on the A3 just before the A31 turnoff, just by the Pantech smart garage the driver was on the verge on the phone, so hope he/the car was ok.
