You really need to be at a standstill 0 revs put clutch down, move into neutral then off clutch, clutch back in again, should slide straight into reverse crunch free

Not "0" revs, but tickover which is prob about 750RPM I'd imagine...

Oooops yes good point i did actually mean tickover but didnt word it correctly, thank you for the correction lol
