Possibly, I know some dealers (not just Merc) have reset ECUs either accidently or purposefully. But in theory if the work is done in a professional capacity then the warranty shouldn't be voided.

Another point worth checking, the condition of the intercooler (front mounted) which are prone to the fins being battered by road debris.

don't forget smart/merc will deliver for free nationwide.

mine came from york to bristol

i also got them down about £1000 on the price.

try and get an 06 for the 4 years warranty, and look for radio 6 - well worth it.

also look on www.pistonheads.co.uk

i think the colour difference between trid and panels on silver BRAB is fantastically subtle

must be after April 2006, and there are conditions to the 2 extra years smart warranty extension.

Also on the colour note, the black colour difference between the trid and panels is more noticeable than the silver.

It's meant to be...... Like fortwo's and Roadies it's a different colour! not a miss match of the same.....
