Newbie help?

Hi all,
I just bought an 06 smart forfour - it's a brilliant car but I'm having a bit of a nightmare finding out what kind it is.

It's a smart forfour Coolstyle but there's a bit of an argument over whether it's a 75 or not (for insurance purposes), how do you know?

The V5 says it's an automatic silver forfour coolstyle with 3 doors and 1124cc.

The car is actually manual, with 5 doors and blue - I don't know where i'd find the CC of the engine.

It's HPI is fine and VIN is correct so not sure how much of the V5 is right.

The colour on the V5 always refers to the only metal bit on the car aka the tridion.

Is it full manual?? As in, it has a clutch pedal? If not, it's still classed as automatic on the V5.

Oh and the 1124 is the cc of the engine. It's a 1.1

What are you insurance company trying to say?

Last time I bought some bits from MB (nobody scream they were just a couple of small parts and going cheap for once) the guy in the parts department printed a copy of the spec as the car left the factory. I think he knows a lot has changed since then...

It has a clutch pedal and manual gearbox.

First they were telling me it was automatic, now they can't decide if it's a "75" or not.

They've just sent me a document with Coolstyle "63" on it?

As i'm not sure about the V5 details I want to check on the actual car what the CC is (if possible) so I can give the DVLA/insurance the details and sort it out.

STANDARD SAFETY FEATURES: Twin front airbags, side airbags, ABS with EBD

The entry-level 75bhp 1.1-litre engine has been de-tuned to 60bhp and no ESP.
So it's around 60bhp.
