Since when can a millenium do forfours?
Ok they could take the car on the owners behalf to Red . but Kess cant do them either. Only a few people can read and write to the Brabus ForFour, AD aint one of them !
.....I think you should add to that...... 'at the present time'....... (sorry not allowed to say any more!)

woah!! harsh!! some people seem to benefit quite nicely from having THEIR company "whoared" haha

not everyone challenges what an "expert" tells them

          Reddot also do remaps!!

look over on FFO as a few members have had their BRABS mapped!! i'm still saving up

"Leonardo" (Millenium with diagnostics) is NOT capable of mapping the Brabus 44. Red Dot cannot do the Brabus 44.

you know this how? there is NO harm in enquiring if 'slated mapper' can do it or not.

Ian often works closely with Red Dot so knows what kit they have!

                  Re: Remap

Well it seems to me that lots of remappers make claims and counterclaims about their own and other operators abilities.
What I would like to see however is some proper evidence in the form of dynographs before I would consider having a remap. I have a 1.3 and accept that there is a small margin for improvement that would give me more torque and fuel economy. That might tempt me to have a remap, but the way a lot of remappers work seems to leave a lot to be desired. It's one thing to go to a garage, have a remap done and see the dyno result. It's another thing to have a van visit with a laptop. The whole thing needs more clarity for me.

You have to trust the people your are dealing with. There are some indies in here that are above reproach. Most visitors to this site know who they are.

So how would that help somebody like me that knows very little about the subject. You might know these people, but I don't. I've been very trusting in the past with things like central heating installation and been well and truly *****ed
                      thank you very much.

I remember the dark old days when BIG wasn't very highly rated. How times have changed. And best of luck to them.

Still puzzled why people want to map a Brab forfour, bar the rich running. It has plenty of power as standard.

Ok - I'm confused by what i should have quoted!! Sorry!!

Anyway, have people lost the ability to interpret sarcasm or is it that the global recession has also lost peoples sense of humour - now if only good old Gordon could bail that out too

I wonder why I want to remap my BRAB too! That's why I ask questions though

BIG - think you spelt problemchild wrong as it doesn't have a "space" in it

Yes I saw that earlier jj you didn't quotes his quotes right and he didn't quote his quotes right either!! :flutter:

I've read through this whole thread and have noted some double standards displayed.

Think that was more to do with sponsors than ability Swiss. My cars always did VERY well at dyno days, just sometimes the figures were "lost". Approx half of the FQ101 cars have my maps on
