Suspension noise

I've had my Brabus now for 3 weeks and really love it but I'm a bit concerned about the amount of noise the suspension makes.It doesn't do it on all bumps but only on bumps that are in quick succesion,it's like a dull thumping,can't feel anything through the wheel and it doesn't wander either.Is it normal to hear the suspension working? seems a bit worse when the car is still cold
