Can i alter the rear seats?

hi!

i have the smart forfour 2004 passion, can the rear seats be altered to move forwards to allow more boot space? I have looked in the user manual and no mention of it. there are various bars/levers sticking out. Thanks!

its the lever to the right of the center with the white arrow, push that in the direction of the arrow and the back seats will move back and forth

thats the one in the boot...

there is also one in the cabin (under the front middle of the seat base - its a bar that you lift like a standard front seat adjustment))
