It's just a car, get over it!!! It's made by Smart, whilst in cahoots with Mitsubishi and Mercedes, what's wrong with that? In my view a perfect combination, just like the Mitsubishi engined Fortwo I own as well. Just like Lotus with Toyota/Rover engines.

If it helps, I'd far rather that people weren't aware that the roadster was a Smart!

It's a source of constant embarrassment that it is, more or less, a sporty long wheel base ForTwo. :redface:

so!?... the diesel x-type oil filters came in motorcraft boxes for a while at work, because unipart couldnt get hold of jaguar boxed ones. the packaging means jack squat for part!
