Locking

Got a problem with the locking mechanism. When sat inside my car, the centraral locking, well locks me in. Help, how do I reset.

hi - is this when you start driving??

if so, its the anti hijack

otherwise, if you unlock the car, it looks after a short while if none of the doors have been opened.
