Fourfor cam chain?

Hi all long time no see (if anyone remembers me)

my mum has just brought a fourfor 1.1 pules on a 54 plate ,
am I right in thinking its a cam chain not a belt?
And do they ever need replacing?

Replace when slack and about to grind a hole through the casing

All the forfours have a timing chain with the exception of the BRABUS which is a belt

No issues with timing chains yet reported and many owners have +100k on theirs - doesn't seem to be fragile like the fortwo.

Thanks for all the replays it's only got 54000 on the clock with a full service history so it should be good for time to come

Its a 1.1 petrol,pulse with air-con black trid with silver panels and with a hard roof.
