1.1 Passion Anti-roll bar is this a common issue

Hi

I have 54 plate 1.1 Passion with 71k. The car has been reliable etc.
However, i am now getting noises what seems like the anti-roll bar. When i go over potholes etc, i get squeaking, or sometime a clonking sound not to loud. The handling seems ok and the car points in a straight line. I had a 1quick look underneath could not see anything apparently loose etc? Anyone had similar issues? Could it be suspension springs, dampers even? Is this a common fault with this type of car? you thoughts please....

i bought my forfour at 69,000 miles and its now done 105,800 and i had to replace my anti-roll bar links due to wear and tear.
it could be a dry ball joint or bush.
you have posted this question on another forum to which you should have got the answers.

When did you last get it serviced/tracking done?

I am getting a 'B' and MOT for the car on the 4th Oct. I will get Chequered Flag to investigate the issue, It does seem worse on dry days for some reason. I suspect that wet days slightly lubricates the offending parts, but could be wrong?
