Yaw rate sensor desperately needed

My 55 plate ForFour has a problem with its yaw rate sensor but my garage has been told that Smart no longer make the part so I might have to scrap my so reliable car that I’ve had for 12 years! Unless anyone can tell me if a second hand sensor they know I can buy please????

I would try Ebay as people are always breaking cars. Otherwise Mitsubishi Colt has the same sensor fitted
