Neither do I.

Cttan9832, you will have to host the photos somewhere like photobucket or dropbox and post a link to them. Just above the box you write in when you use the Quick Reply is an icon, the one is a world with chain link underneath it, When you have uploaded your pictures to a hosting site, you will have a link to use for people to see them. Use that icon to paste the link in this thread.

So yes, as John has said, it'll need to be hosted externally, and linked in using the picture link icon in post reply.
