    Yup

    My key items on my shopping list were

    1. Glass roof
    2. Leather interior
    3. Low tax band
    4. Service history
    5. Low miles
    6. Anything extra for my money.

    THere are loads of cars out there so just get the one that suits you

    Thanks. Yes we do want a £30 tax bracket one. It does appear that there is not a fundamental difference between the Pulse and Passion. It appears to be all down to what was speced when it was bought. So as long as the car has the bits we want it wont matter Pulse or Passion.

    Cheers

    pure = basic
    pulse = sporty
    passion = luxury

    wheels/aircon/leather etc varied

    i had a pulse with leather in the £30 bracket

    i don't think aircon is necessary
    power steering is rare and not needed

    just look at the tax disc of the one you are looking at.

    Back in 2002 as now, you had a choice of wheels and aircon, so really you can't take that as a guide. It depends on what spec the car had when bought - me thinks - but I could be wrong!

    Cheers. Just used autotraders specs to compare. While I know Autotrader ins't that accurate it's best I can find. The difference!!!! Is the Load cover!!!! and the type of wheels!!!! Well and according to Autotrader air con but looking at the cars for sale that isn't correct as I have seen passions without air con. Unless you know different?

    Depends what age. Early 0.7 cars (up to around 2005) had the same size wheels on both, the Pulse was sold at a lower price to the Passion. Then they changed the specs around, the Passion lost it's pods and fogs but the Pulse gained wider wheels, paddleshift and a price to match the Passion.

    Now we have decided on a convertible Unfortunately we want the bells and whistles I have been trying to find out exactly what the differences between 0.7L Pulse and Passion actually is? I believe the Pulse has wider wheels that may make a difference to road tax due to pushing it over the 120g limit. I have seen both models with air con and leather.

    I have looked on other sites and evilution etc. but can't find a list of differences.

    So does anyone know what the actual standard differences between the Pulse and Passion are?

    Cheers.
