I've just sold my 2001 Cabrio on eBay after 15 years ownership

Thank you for your help keeping it running over the years, both here and on other now defunct forums

I still have my Roadster, for now, so I haven't left just yet...

I kept my Smart for 20 years before I had to get rid of it - had to part exchange it as I had no where to keep it when I had to get a bigger car. Shame as it was a really nice car for what I had to use it for up to that point. Only had to keep it for another 20 years and it would have been Free Tax, No MOT.

I hope you stay on the forum though as it would be sad to see you go. I just so wish everyone would come back and that we could recreate the old magic again. I so miss being in the smart tribe, as they were my kind of people.

Like many others, I drive a different car these days - a Mini since they handle just like my roadie! I'm interested in the new ForTwo that's coming out next year, known as the "#2" or "Hashtag 2". My Mini is an electric car, so I'm well used to EVs.

So as much as I miss my roadsters, I also miss the people with names like Herman1rg, Miss Polkadot, Fudge and the like. The runs we did and the laughs we had.
