    I have 7.5x17 Brabus wheels with Hankook 215x35-17 tires on all four corners of my '09 US spec Brabus coupe. No issues with rubbing or electronic nannies at all.

    i have a 6.5" et24 front lorinser rim with 204/40-17 tire. works great. no rubbing.

    The FK adapter are 57.1 bore, or looking at that it might be the original bore and they dont tell you the 66. thats a VW/Audi alloy ? http://tinyurl.com/5ukeawt

    Are the 5x112 adapters 66.6.......... thats a shame as then you are very restricted....

    So if I go the adapter route and use a 17 5x112 I need a 50 ofset, mk5 golf alloy or similar, think standard ofset is 32, so 20mm adapters..... anyone done that setup?

    I've got 7.5" on the front of my car! Granted, I'm running a 165 tyre

    you can have 7j on the front of a 451...a 10mm spacer (or adapter) on each side will do the trick

    5.5 front, even the smartie wheel that was designed for the 451 is 6j. Running a 195. Looks like I might have to go the adapter route, as the other are not what I really like. But finding a 17 with 7 inch wide and the right offset sounds hard.

    Best fitting and looking alloys on the 451 in 17" are Brabus and Khan's

    You need to be very careful with the width of the front wheel (and the tyre choice) otherwise there could be issues with esp and rubbing.

    As you will see most companies offer 5.5" front wheel, this is suitable upto 205 section tyre. But would prefer 195.

    i have 5 stud 16 inch wheels on my smart , been on 5 years no problem


    I dont understand, they are a Racing Dynamics smartie, like I have on the car above, they are only made in 16" can you verify a 17" ?
