      I took the car in on Monday, it took about an hour and it was all done. Apparently the guy said that it needed some programming done to it as well. I couldnt see why that would be necessary but didnt question it, he wasnt the brightest in the world. The receptionists are only there for eye candy and spend all day on their phones. The guys behind the counter didnt even know that they could reprogram car with for the auto with the STAR unit.... worrying look spread across my face when he said that.... I wondered what the hell did he do to get the job... turns out he only has a bac (GCSE) and some mercedes training.... and aged 31 to boot and been doing the job for 4 yrs! great... a moron with no car experience, knows nothing about cars and is servicing them.... They really will employ just about anyone nowadays.

          lol! Has anyone in the UK been sent the brochure for the new smart yet? We received one the other day. The car looks slighty different to the one they unveiled.

            Car went in this morning and took 35 minutes to do, looks they have done a few as they are getting quicker at the repair.
