How to remove door panels on 2016 Black Edition 453

Newbie here...... bought the 453 recently and the window motor was noisy and has now packed up so I need to replace it. A cursory look makes me think that the outer skin may have to come off first. So rather than risk breaking any retaining clips etc I thought I would ask for some help and ideally instructions / video to assist me.

Yeah looks like the door skin has to be removed on a ForTwo.
Evilution.co.uk has a write up on how to do it & it looks a right faf!
No doubt there are YouTube videos showing how to do it.
