Does anyone have 1 of these,as i bought 1 and i don't have the instructions manual for it.

So i am looking for a Part No or a Pdf file for the instruction manual

I feel I am in a similar situation, I have just bought the Becker BE6040 which was supplied without the Nav CDs. Does anyone know where I could find some? Please PM me if you know where I should look (and sorry for stealing your thread Mac).

I have got the 2008 Europe Cd's right enough just not the instruction manual or ISO connector,but they are on order hopefully get them this week.

I'll keep you updated on how I get on, the unit arrives from Germany this week and will be installing soon after. I'll look for the manuals too as I will need a copy too

Well installed the unit today,i am very impressed with the sound quality over the standard Grundig unit. Received my parts from dealer yesterday to complete the set of bits. If you need any Part Nos for anything please give me a shout

Encouraging to hear about the sound quality.

It arrived this morning, just the unit. No instructions, cds, antenna or (suprisingly) knobs!

I have sourced some perfectly legitimate CDs and am burning them now. Hunting for instructions from similar source with limited success, may have to resort to getting them from the dealer.

I have noticed there are a few aftermarket antennas on flea-bay, do you think they will work? Also, does it use the same loom as for the Grundig or will I have to get an adapter?

Did you get the unused one from CSCs?

Any GPS antenna with wicloc connection will do the job,Uses a different loom to the Grundig also it gets connected to Instrument cluster

Regarding different looms:
There is a crossover cable for the speaker connection.
What it does is to cross the fwd and rear channels.
I do not know why this is done, but surely there must
be a reason for smart to make this cable.
For the power cable, I think that the usual cross of
red and yellow is the only thing required in addition
to the speed cable coming from the instrument cluster.

Thanks for the advice, antenna on order will get other bits above from dealer shortly. Will post results.
