I just bought a almost new Brabus exhaust and being totaly ignorent to theese things I wonder if this looks right!

Do I need som mounting to get it on the car or is it just wrong for my Roadsters?
The mouting is not the same!

The one on the right looks correct. You will need an upper and lower bracket along with the vibration rubber and screw

Thank You that sounds reasuring! At least it is the right part.
Sorry for not being clear, the one on the left is from my 45kw Roadster.
By the way, where do I get the missing brackets? Apart from my local merc dealer.

They are not expensive from a dealer.

The down pipe and mounting flange is bigger on the Brabus exhaust than that of the 45kw exhaust! This is because the 45kw roadster has a smaller turbo than the 84hp roadster and therefore it will not fit!

          Cheers!

Ahh. Now you have told us its for a 45kw we have the full story. The exhaust on the right is for a Brabus roadater. The exhaust on the left is for a 450 and a 452 The turbo flange on the 101bhp Brabus has a wider outlet (8mm from memory) Either fit a bigger turbo or machine the header clamp on the brabus exhaust to fit your turbo

I now understand why the 45kw exhaust did not fit when I fitted my "new used engine" to the wasp some years ago. I think there is a brabus turbo on it!
Unfortunately I am going to fit the new exhaust to the black car! It has a 45kw turbo.
I fixed the problem with the brabus turbo and the 45kw exhaust by drilling up the bolt holes a coulple of mm. Can I do the same to fit the brabus exhaust to the 45kw turbo?

Fit the new exhaust to the Wasp and get it remapped to take full advantage of it's turbo and the Brabus exhaust, otherwise it is just an expensive ornament!

                Cheers!

              I guess!
I got this almost new (at least it looks that) for 4000SEK (€444.659) from a guy on the Swedish forum.

To my eyes, the exhaust on the left is not a standard (82hp/60kwh in UK) Roadie exhaust, it's a 450 (or 45Kwh Roadie) exhaust, hence the issue. As Stnd (in UK) 60Kwh Roadies don't need new exhausts to use bigger turbos. Exhuast on the right is deffinetly a Roadster Brabus exhaust however.

That seems to be the same as my attached file.
                      Thank You!!
Is it cheaper to get it from England?
From my local dealer it would be 1730SEK (£157.079).

£72 + (20%) tax & shipping here: http://www.online-parts.co.uk/smart/ although they don't have (or a price for) this: Q0007458V001000000 Locking plate.
I think* their actually a German based Smart/Merc Franchise, with a Garage (no where near me) in the UK (York).

But that is only £1 I guess!

There's a Merc dealer near me, so assuming prices are similar, with the shipping, is this actually going to work out (much) cheaper? If so, if you work out/arrange the shipping (& cost) I may get the parts.
