  • Lightweight alloys?

    Hey Folks

Looks like I might have a roadster sooner than I thought. So the first mod will be some lightweight alloys. I'm kind of stuck as I don't want to use the OEM steel wheels and there doesn't appear to be any lightweight aftermarket direct fitments. I could use some hub adaptors or swap the hubs over or have some alloys made up which might be the way to go if priced reasonably. Has anyone swapped over to some lightweight alloys (ideally 7kg or less each) and how?

    Thx

Get some made for you. I have got 15" ultra light weight ones made for my crossblade. Under 7kg inc tyre.

The Green Roadster is having some 16" versions made for next year

There was a UK co doing forged alloys but I cant seem to find their details. Image wheels can custom make some custom billet wheels but I don't think they will be light enough.
