The fan working but had just 3 splats , I guess temperature is displayed inaccurately.
Before applying canvas , on the same route and in similar conditions (sometimes even better), the temperature never no exceeds 2 splats.
The system works as we have planned , now I need only module of the command.
For this one may be used an L298 http://www.circuitstoday.com/h-bridg...uit-using-l298 ordered from nano Arduino https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/ArduinoBoardNano .

What you are engineering is too complicated and likely to fail. I would simply use a chain arranged to fail safe with radiator uncovered.

          All modern cars are complicated.
For example, fuel injection system. The mechanical injection is the most reliable, but have several drawbacks vs common rail.
That does not mean you I make style Heat Robinson , only the strictly necessary.
If this system (radiator cover) was not working we removal it, because simple is better .

These are strong cars. Mine rammed into a Ford Transit van three times its weight.

Still drivable but bad steering. The Transit van was a total write off.

Yours is possible less damaged than what mine was.
