£102 for hardtop install kit, see SPF!

Cheaper in factory as only wasting one set of panels

    See my guide on TRN

Re: Soft top or hard top on the roadster coupe?

I had a soft top roadster and it was water tight and worked perfectly. You could retract it at 80mph to the dis belief of MGF and MX5 owners!! But I'm not a fan of softops or convertables. Bird poo is difficult to get off and it's easier to break into. I only bought the roadster for the body shape and handling.

If I had the choice, I'd have a fulltime hard top roadster or a one piece removable hardtop. [Before you all ask, I know it won't fit in the boot!]

Or use the Smart soft top cleaner.

Other soft top care kits are available too.
