I gotta go for the DrugDealaRadsta by MakDaddiT, looks like you gotta fit air suspension to get over speed bumps (or to keep the neons from scraping the road) but I do like the colour!

Well call it a flash of inspiration, or a moment of claret (for the drinkers among us) but im seriousely considering a metallic version of the purple found on the funkysmart car sticker <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Might aswell coordinate with something on the car

Like Roady, I bought my Glance Grey one because it was in stock, had the options I wanted (ie Leather seats) and had a big discount off list price. I have to say in the flesh they are much nicer than they look on the configurator thingy on the Smart website.

If I'd had the money/been prepared to wait I might have gone for black/black or blue/silver or a Brabus silver/silver

I have to say I really don't like them in yellow or black/silver

              Regards

Well, I had aBlue/ Silver, but i did not have a choice, and when polished and in the sun it gleams........ however i do like the champaigne mix......sorry to those who have yellow/ black, but i'm just not a yellow fan...each to their own...the colour i see most of in the roadster, is red/black or black/black, and the occasional champagne, if you want customer colour, try smarts r us

Not sure if I have replied to this post but...

I changed my mind loads of times before I got talked into having black/black. I wanted Blue/Silver, then I wanted Champagne/Black, then the girlfriend talked me into Red/Black and finally my grandad talked me into Black/Black at the show room, said it looked sexy in black or something, I forget.

Anyone else noticed that you always seem to want a different colour to the colour you already have?

The problem with red nowadays, is that people are worried about bleaching when the car gets older, so you see less red cars on the road now.

I used to always buy red, its a pity, but cant take the risk.

Similary I find that silver cars are just far too common now, plus its a waste of the two tone effect you get with a tridon/panel combination, if you go for 'all black' or 'all silver', though plenty people love this, going by sales.

Anyway I ended up getting a roadster with a Blue/Silver combination
