I am in the USA and the exchange rate is not in our favor, but i think its ok, besides german e bay is hard to decipher!

I use ebay for my smart bits! However I think this would be a great idea, I can spend twice as much money using both sites!!
Now can someone find me a job that pays twice as much as I'm getting now!!

Yes and no.

Yes - it will be easy to monitor, people are less likely to want rediculous prices so people won't be ripped off, no ebay charges, less competition for each item.

No - Thousands of people on Ebay so more competition which is better if you want a decent price for something, no feedback, no help if the bidder doesn't pay, no comeback on paypal if the item doesn't get sent.

Good idea for the buyer, bad idea for the seller.

I would say make it Aviator only, but that means that only 200 people can buy and/or sell on it....
Have a system in place where the payment and/or product is sent to a trusted third party (A Mod or smilar) then sent on from there.
In fact, if just the payment was sent to the third party, until the buyer got the product, it could work...
