Hi guys and girls,
I hope that you can help. I've had a 56 plate roadster from new and have been servicing at Smart Birmingham. Warranty has recently expired and I've nearly clocked up 35000 miles so time for service A.
I don't know whether to take it back to Smart Birmingham which must be more expensive but makes my service history look neat or whether I should try somewhere new? Better the devil you know than the one you don't!
On all my previous services they have found a host of problems with the car and it has always had to go back for repairs (obviously under warranty). I'm cool with paying the £200 odd quid for the service but would not be best pleased with paying Merc prices for another complete overhaul.
Can you suggest any decent places to take it in the Midlands? Or any other comments?
