My 2000 CDI judders when moving off from a stationary. The problem seems worse when the engine is cold. Any ideas please.

Re: For Two CDI
Clutch adjustment and/or actuator, could be a duff engine mount though
take a look at the last three picture links on http://www.fq101.co.uk/Gearbox.asp

Re: For Two CDI
Clutch actuator adjustment first, then a clutch and if you are really unlucky, I have just had to replace a block as a plug that is unavailable as a spare had leaked, and fubared a new clutch:censor:Www.BigPerformance.Co.Uk

Re: For Two CDI
My cdi showed horrible symptoms of clutch judder and sticking actuator ... it turned out to be utterly shagged reluctor rings.
I'll get round to posting a photo one day, not saying they were bad but Time Team swore they were early Roman !!
