my smart does not want to change level of speed from first to second and sometimes from 4th to 5th.when it trys to change speed from 1 to 2 itt makes a strange noise. does it have any connestion with gear changer?

The gearbox is controlled by electrical signals sent by the gear lever when you move it.
There is the possibility that your SE drive (the gearlever unit) is faulty, has a loose connection etc.
There is a more likely possibility that your gearbox is suffering from loose or broken wires to the various sensors and /or the gearchange motor.
You will have to check allthe connections and the wires where they go into the connectors to rule them out of the equation. If they are good, then either the sensors or the motor on the gearbox is duff.
