Smart servicing - Newcastle upon Tyne

We have an official Smart/Mercedes dealership in Newcastle;not too impressed with my first visit there to be honest.

Is anyone aware of any independant smart service outfits in or around Newcastle.Ideally I would like somewhere which could also provide the TAN codes without me having to take out a mortgage.....!!

Any help for a newbie, much appreciated

I am in Durham, and I use Sam from ForSmart for all the work on my Roadie that I cannot (or choose not to) do myself. Its first B service was at Smart Newcastle, and when Sam did the second one he showed me very clear evidence that the lower three spark plugs had been in that engine since it was built in the factory.

He does charge a slight premium to come this far north, but IMO it is worth it.

I don't know if he does TAN codes though.
